Driveway and patio projects whether concrete is typically a 3 or 4 day process beginning with removal or excavation. When we remove we don’t leave a dumpster on site like most companies, we use either dump trucks or trailers to remove immediately so there are no ugly dumpsters in front of your house or business blocking the road for days. Next if you are getting a concrete driveway or patio, we form up the area, grade it all out, remove all roots to protect against future cracking, set a conduit underneath for future use such as irrigation or landscape lighting, and compact the ground for a solid foundation. Next day or later that day we will pour concrete, we use only the highest strength concrete available, this allows us to give a 1-year warranty with every concrete pour we do. We will put expansion joints wherever needed and we do any and all finishes available from brushed finish to stamped and trowel to salted. The following day we will cleanup and strip all forms off along with saw cutting to give the new concrete room to expand and contract. After we leave you will be enjoying a driveway or patio that will last for decades to come.
